Simple IT Care offers dedicated private cloud hosting solutions.  We manage the equipment, servers and storage at the data centers.  We have physical access to the private servers we are hosting.  We also manage all the firewall and related security services for our clients hosted servers.

 

The main data centers we utilize have the following audits and certifications:

• SSAE-16 SOC 1 Type 2 Certified

• SSAE-16 SOC 2 Type 2 Certified

• ISAE 3402

• HIPAA compliant

• PCI compliant

If required we can also host servers in FEDRAMP approved datacenters.

 

If applicable, we also support public cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Google.  We prefer a private dedicated solution for multiple reasons vs. a public cloud solution.  This offers us the ability to totally customize and manage all aspects of the solution from design to billing in order to meet the specific needs of each client.

Voice over IP (VoIP) Phone system installation, design and support services are also available through various carriers.  Our preferred provider for VoIP is Jive.
